If you choose to go on foot, on an open-air tour, you can reach Cais de Gaia where the famous Port Wine cellars are located (in 15 minutes), or you can also cross the Luis I bridge and reach the historic city center of Porto (in 20 minutes).

This accommodationsis a large 2-storey house, with two free fronts.

It can accommodate up to 9 people!


The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and all with Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi. It also has a living room, 3 complete bathrooms and a large kitchen.

Also the living room and kitchen have air conditioning and Wi-Fi.


Our house is located across Avenida da República, about 50m from it. It is right next to the metro station (João de Deus) and the Shopping "El Corte Inglês", in the center of Vila Nova de Gaia. It has a supermarket on the other side of Avenida da República, and is close to restaurants and public transport (Metro 100 meters away).


Thus, you can move to the center of Porto, at will, on foot, by metro, or by bus, without wasting time looking for parking, and in that way, enjoy all the tranquility and carelessness.


If you want to take the train on a trip outside the city, there is the General Torres station about 600m from our house.

Right in the heart of tourist center of the city, you can visit the both cities and the Douro river that unites them, with all the calm and tranquility of a walk open air, leaving your car safely stored in the garage, next to the House!


With 2 Metro Stations on Avenida, each about 100m from the front door.

Buses to the center of Porto also pass on Avenida, 50 meters away.

Shopping ""El Corte Inglês"" is 100 meters away.

House Rules:

Pets are not allowed inside the apartment,

Parties or events are not allowed,

Turn off the air conditioning if you are not in the apartment,

Do not leave trash in the apartment after your check out,

In case of damage or loss of the garage card, a cost of 10 Euros will be charged.

Before Check-in: The Guest sends a message informing the time of their arrival, with an approximate advance of 1 hour.

A person will be waiting for the guest, at the door of the house, to explain the access to the garage, hand over the keys, explaining the usefulness of each one, and give all the necessary explanations.

  • "Casa nova, limpa, instruções muito simples e próxima a mercados e centro comercial. Durante a semana em que estivemos hospedados, não tivemos nenhum imprevisto, tudo funcionou super bem. Uma observação sobre a disposição dos banheiros é que apenas um fica no primeiro andar com os 4 quartos. Os outros dois ficam no térreo. Voltaríamos com certeza, nossa experiência foi muito boa."

  • "Casa muy cómoda, recién reformada y bien ubicada. En metro está a tres paradas del centro, se tarda 5 minutos. Andando son 20 minutos. Tiene 4 dormitorios y plaza de garaje incluida. Esta todo limpio y en orden. Justo al lado un supermercado donde puedes comprar lo que te hace falta. Nota privada Gracias Ana (trasládaselas a Maria que nos atendió muy bien). Solo una sugerencia, cuando ves la información de si hay wifi, al abrir el desplegable de los servicios que tiene la casa, parece que no tiene. Sin embargo si que tenéis wifi y eso echa para atrás a muchas personas."

  • "Encantados con la estancia en la casa de Ana, el recibimiento fue estupendo, con una botellita de vino de la zona y con varias cosas para el desayuno del día siguiente, todo un detalle! La casa estaba impecable, limpísima y todo nuevo, muy amplia y confortable. Bien comunicada con la línea amarilla del metro con la que se llega al centro de Oporto en un momento.   • "Excellent logement, propre, tout neuf. A 2 minutes du tramway-metro, de pingo doce ( grand magasin d'alimentation), et du centre commercial ( juste en face). La rue est calme, bien concu pour une famille avec enfants. A 15 minute a pieds du celebre pont de Porto et des quais de Gaia et des caves de Porto. A 15min en voiture des plages de mer et fluviales. On a vraiment passé un très bon séjour en famille. Accueil réactif et agréable, la gerante de la maison tjrs dispo par, pratique si on a des questions"
